Lodge spotlight: Willerby Clearwater

This month we’re showcasing one of the beautiful lodges we currently have for sale on Berthlwyd Park.

We’ll be talking about our 36ft x 20ft Willerby Clearwater lodge, explaining why we think this would make an ideal holiday home.

Top quality lodge at an affordable price

It’s no secret that lodges offer the finest in holiday home living. With the extra space the offer, a higher standard and variety of finish and features is possible, this can be seen in the Clearwater.

The fact that this is a 2-bedroom lodge is also significant as it means there is even more space in key areas such as the living area and master bedroom. This gives the lodge a greater sense of light and air.

Plot 60, where this lodge is situated puts its owners in a convenient location near to the parks five-star facilities such as the pool and sauna, plus it’s nearby to the more ‘essential’ offerings such as the launderette and reception area.

The lodge

Inside, there is a stylish open-plan layout with large sliding doors that lead on to glass-fronted decking in a sunny spot. We mentioned the convenience of the location, but this particular plot also benefits from having sunshine on the deck for most of the day.

Also to this lodge’s credit is free standing furniture and integrated appliances in the giving this lodge a home-away-from-home feel. Adding to this impression, the master and the twin bedroom both have walk-in wardrobes with plenty of storage and hanging space – no cramped spaces! There is double glazing and central heating throughout.
