The season is now well and truly in full swing after what was a particularly grim start to the year with the record breaking bad weather!

The sales list at Berthlwyd currently features numerous lodges, something which doesn't happen all too often but much like buses three have come at once (it was four but one recently sold!). We have two new and one pre-owned currently for sale, so we thought now would be a good time to write a spotlight feature on the lodges.

Cambrian Horizon

This is a truly stunning lodge, offering the highest finish and spec on the market and benefits from expansive views of the the Conwy valley. There are three large bedrooms, a master with en-suite and two twin bedrooms with ample storage. The generous open plan lounge leads to a contemporary kitchen and dining-area and both have French doors to the front elevation bringing in lots of light. The fully-equipped kitchen, the heart of the home, has been designed where integrated appliances combine aesthetics with functionality. The decor is simple yet stylish. The neutral beige tones create a clean look, the contemporary sofas and soft furnishings provide a hint of colour and bring the lodge alive. The classic tones follow through to the bedrooms, complemented by the pacific walnut bedside cabinets, wardrobes and drawers. The look is finished with spotlights and soft lighting to create a relaxing atmosphere.

Willerby Clearwater

This lodge has just arrived on site and came as a pair and has already proved popular, having sold one within days of arriving on Berthlwyd. The location is convenient with the car park and swimming pool close by. There is also views looking back towards Conwy, best enjoyed from the large decking which is included in the price.

Inside, the open-plan layout and large windows really makes the most of the picturesque views. The lodge also comes fully-furnished and ready to move in. This includes a 2 seater sofas – one with a pull-out bed, flame effect electric fire, low level TV unit, sideboard and coffee table. The kitchen has a double cavity gas oven/grill with lift up glass splashback lid and extractor fan. This lodge has the deluxe pack which includes integrated microwave, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher & a free standing dining table and chairs. There is also double-glazing and central heating throughout.

Wessex Classic

Finishing off the list is our only pre-owned lodge currently for sale. This is in a brilliant position on the park overlooking the green and taking in views of Conwy valley.
