1. Cost
Prices for homes on St. David’s Park can vary. A good pre-owned caravan will usually be somewhere around £25,000 and a new caravan starts at £39,995. For as little as £25,000 you could get a 3 bedroom holiday home, with ample living space and outside decking, all located within a few hundred yards of a beautiful sandy beach.
2. Facilities
We are always looking to expand and improve our owner’s experience on park. This was rewarded 18 months ago with St. David’s being given 5-star status. A large factor in this was the development and improvement of new facilities. All your caravan will need is its exterior cleaning a couple of times a year – no worry about structural damage or roof tiles!
