What to do in Caernarfon: December
Coed Helen Holiday Park - November 30th 2019
December is one of our favourite months on Coed Helen because it's often the last busy period of the year and a final chance to say goodbye and happy new year to our holiday home owners before we close from mid-January to March 1st.
With many of you patrons coming down in the next few weeks we thought we'd do the legwork for you and find out what's going around Caernarfon this December.
Santa trains: weekends throughout December
Santa stops by Caernarfon every year with his elves. He ditches the sleigh and opts for the Welsh Highland Railway instead - who can blame him?
Departing from the new station in Caernarfon and taking in the breathtaking Snowdonia scenery, the ride is also full of festivities and fun along the journey. Children will meet Santa and receive a gift whilst parents and guardians will receive a mince pie and glass of sherry!
Call their booking office on 01766 516070 for prices and to book.
Elf trail: 1st December to 5th January
Visit the National Slate Museum in December and take part in a the elf trail, where elves are hiding all around the museum and need finding!
