Where to Watch the Fireworks this Bonfire Night in Anglesey
St. David's Park - October 18th 2017
Beaumaris: The favourite amongst locals on the island, Beaumaris hosts its fireworks display on the large Green near the Pier located on the seafront just off the town centre. It takes place on Saturday, November 4 between 7pm and 8.30pm. The bonfire itself is located near the Lifeboat Slipway and will be lit at 7pm by the town mayor with the fireworks starting at promptly 7.30pm. There is an entry charge of £5 per person, but children under 12 can go for free. If you want to make a full evening of it, Beaumaris' Town Band will be on hand performing before the event starts at 5.30pm. There will also be a live performance from well-known Welsh rockers 'Y Moniars' at 9pm.
Holyhead: There is also a bonfire on Penrhos Beach, Holyhead on Sunday, November 5. This is lit at 6.15pm and followed by fireworks at 7pm. Admission for children is free whilst adults will be charged £3 with the money raised going to charity.
Trearddur Bay Hotel: This is another Bonfire and Firework display taking place in aid of a good cause in Cancer Research UK. It takes place on Friday November 3 with the event opening its gates at 6pm, bonfire to be lit at 6.30pm followed by fireworks at 7pm. Admission is free but as mentioned above donations will be requested.
